These vaccines can only be used with Rival versions 1.1.4 or later, and cannot be used with
earlier versions.
NOTE: Rival versions 1.1.4 or later were sent to all registered Rival owners who
had Rival versions 1.1.3 or earlier. If you’ve sent us your registration card and
haven’t received the update, please call Microseeds Publishing at (813) 882-8635,
or leave a message on our BBS at (813) 885-2686. NOTE: Future vaccines
will only be provided in the new format which require Rival versions 1.1.4 or later,
so it’s important you have the latest version of Rival!
Microseeds Publishing distributes Rival vaccines free of charge, but please remember
that Rival itself is a commercial program and should not be given away! Thanks.

This update contains one new vaccine:
• MBDF [2/21/92]
-----------------------------------------
MBDF Virus History:
The MBDF virus was discovered at the University of Wales College of Cardiff,
in the United Kingdom, thanks to Claris applications' built in-virus checking.
It reproduces itself in applications and in the System file by copying a MBDF resource
with ID 0. If a MBDF resource with the same ID is already present, as in the System file,
it is preserved.
The virus apparently does not effect the normal operation of the Macintosh nor does
it compromise the integrity of data.
